Richard D. (Rick) Patterson, CLU®, ChFC®, AIF®, President of Associated Planners Group, has been in the financial services since 1967.
He is an investment advisor representative of Certified Advisory Corp, a Registered Investment Advisor. He is also a Registered Representative of Fortune Financial Services, a registered broker dealer.
Mr. Patterson holds several professional designations:
- Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®)
- Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®)
- Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®)
During his career in Financial Planning, Mr. Patterson has been very active in industry affairs.
He has served as President of all the following professional organizations:
- Florida Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors
- Central Fla. Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors
- Central Fla. Society of Financial Service Professionals
- Central Fla. Chapter, International Association of Financial Planning

Mr. Patterson also served two elected two-year terms of office on the Board of Trustees of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
